What Makes DTF Unique?

DTF is printed directly onto a transparent film with white underbase and CMYK colors. This makes it exceptionally suitable for detailed, vibrant designs. No screen print layers needed = faster turnaround.

👉 Note: DTF is less suitable for dark polyester or technical fabrics. For those, use a Wearable, Blocker, or Low Melt Transfer instead.

Press Instructions

  1. Pre-press: 3–5 sec (optional)
  2. Press: 130–150°C – 12–15 sec
  3. Peel: Immediately after pressing (hot peel)
  4. Post-press: 2–4 sec for a smooth finish

💡 Ensure a flat surface and avoid thick seams or zippers.

Limitations of DTF

  • Not suitable for nylon, sublimated fabrics, or technical textiles
  • Less durable than transfers with a screen-printed underbase
  • Not ideal for heavy-duty industrial use
