Low Melt Blocker Transfers
Low Melt Blocker Transfers β Colorfast Printing on Sublimated Polyester Without Heat Issues
The ultimate combination: low temperature + protection against dye migration.
Sublimated garments look fantastic but are notoriously difficult to print. When you press too hot, the color from the fabric βbleedsβ into your transfer, resulting in pink logos or yellowed prints. At the same time, polyester is often sensitive to heat.
The Low Melt Blocker Transfer is specially developed for these situations. It protects against dye migration and bonds securely to delicate fabrics β all at a safe, low temperature. The ideal transfer for polyester sports shirts, teamwear, and high-performance garments.

- No color fading or bleeding
- Perfect prints on demanding sports materials
- Fewer returns, more satisfied customers
- Professional results on tricky fabrics
How Does It Work?
Low Melt Blocker uses an advanced carbon powder layer that captures dye pigments from the fabric before they reach the transfer. As a result, your white or light print stays:
- Sharp
- Colorfast
- Professional β even after weeks and multiple washes
And because the transfer is applied at just 130β140Β°C, it prevents damage to sensitive materials.
